The schedule was made with us in mind. On the day of install, Sandra wasn’t able to come but Shasta came alone and she did a phenomenal job. From start to finish she was very professional. We have never had a contractor come into our home and clean up after themselves as Shasta did. Her workmanship excelled our strictest expectations. Our one and only complaint is that we don’t have another home to put another walk-in tub in. All of our friends and family that have seen the completed job are extremely satisfied with the end product. Several have expressed interest in having one installed in their home.
